Russia: SUN Interbrew issued RUR11 billion in bonds

The Federal Service of the Financial Markets has registered the second, the third and the fourth bond issue of SUN Interbrew-owned "SUN Interbrew Finance” with a total amount of RUR11 billion, The Union of Russian Brewers released June 17.

The second and the third issues totalled RUR4 billion each. The fourth issue computed RUR3 billion. The term of reimbursement is three years. Raiffeisen Bank was preferred for the function of organizer of these operations. The company debuted on the debt market in September 2003. At that time, it issued a loan of RUR2.5 billion with a first coupon interest of 13.75%.
