USA: Miller will be the official beer of the Milwaukee Brewers for seven years
Miller will be the official beer of the Milwaukee Brewers for at least another seven years, Associated Press communicated on March 29.
The team signed a seven-year marketing and promotions agreement with Miller Brewing Co. that lasts through the 2012 season. The deal keeps Miller the "Official Beer of the Milwaukee Brewers" and gives the Milwaukee company exclusive rights for radio and television advertising and stadium promotions.
"The Miller Brewing Company is synonymous not only with the city of Milwaukee but also with Milwaukee Brewers baseball," Rick Schlesinger, Brewers vice president of business operations, said in a statement.
The marketing deal is separate from the naming rights agreement that will keep the team's stadium named Miller Park through 2019.
