China: Beer industry sales revenue expected to grow by 3% in 2024
According to statistics from the beer industry of China in 2023, the beer industry, on the basis of stable output, continues to demonstrate a trend of efficiency growth, achieving a positive development of both volume and price increase, and performing outstandingly in beverage alcohol, Chinese media cited Song Shuyu, Chairman of China Alcoholic Drinks Association (CADA).
By 2024, beer enterprises above designated size in China are expected to have achieved sales revenue of approximately RMB190 billion, a YoY growth of 3%, and total profits of RMB27 billion, a YoY growth of 7%, it is reported.
