USA, CT: Elicit Brewing Co. sets opening date on November 18

Hamden's Eli's Restaurant Group has announced the opening of Elicit Brewing Co. in Manchester. With an opening date of November 18, the new brewery will be the New Haven county group's first endeavor into the Hartford county foodie scene, according to the Hartford Business Journal.

The former site of the Adams Mill Restaurant will boast 16,889-square-feet of space for patrons to enjoy the over 40 different types of beer of tap as well as a variety of gastronomic selections including pizza, sandwiches, and wings.

Aside food items, Elicit Brewing Co. is set to also include outdoor games, a fire pit, and a large patio area.

Elicit Brewing is the fourth brewery in the Manchester area. The brewery also joins Eli’s Restaurant Group's five other restaurants, which includes Eli's on Whitney in Hamden and Eli's Tavern in Milford.
