Russia: Barley export in February became the highest this season

Export of barley which in comparison with January has increased more than in 4 times has most essentially increased and has reached a record parameter from the beginning of a season, according to Agroperspectiva, March 29.

Growth is caused by large deliveries of barley to Saudi Arabia and OAE. Concerning the last season export has increased almost in 2 times. Nevertheless, from July till February 2006/07 it is taken out on 0.2 million tonnes less, than for the same period of the last season. Export of wheat also has increased as concerning January, and February of the last year. However from July till February 2006/07, it is taken out almost on 0.7 million tonnes less, than for the same period 2005/06.
