Russia: “Baltika”, “Pikra”, “Vena” and “Yarpivo” - one legal entity

OAO “Brewing Company “Baltika” has finished the reorganization process and from 2007, “Baltika”, “Pikra”, “Vena” and “Yarpivo” are a single entity, Russian Beer Union announced on December 31.

“Pikra”, “Vena” and “Yarpivo” have been excluded from the state register of legal persons. Thereby, the companies’s association process to the leader of the Russian brewing industry, OAO “Pivovarenaya compania “Baltika” came to an end.

Anton Artemiev, the president of OAO “Pivovarenaya compania “Baltika” mentioned the accurate coordination of companies’s shareholders, management and staff as well as an open informational policy. Thanks to that, the association process has been accomplished in the best traditions of the corporate law, in total accordance with Russian legislation and with entire respect of shareholders’s interests. For Russia, it is a unique project from the point of view of specific, complexity and deadlines.
