Canada: Molson Coors Brewing Company announces a quarterly dividend

Molson Coors Brewing Company declared July 26 a quarterly dividend of US$0.32 per share, payable September 15, 2006, to shareholders of record at August 31, 2006, CCNMatthews released July 26.

The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company, as well as to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" exchangeable shares of Molson Coors Canada Inc.

Molson Coors Brewing Company is the fifth largest brewer in the world. It sells its products in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Molson Coors is the leading brewer in Canada, the second largest in the U.K, and the third largest brewer in the U.S. The company's brands include Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Molson Dry, Carling, Coors, and Zima XXX.
