Ukraine: 2006 harvest barley export contracts signed for 104, 500 t as for 07/07/06
In Ukraine contracts for export of grains harvest-2006 are actively concluded. As of the 7th of July, export agreements for delivery of 176,600 tonnes of new harvest grain were signed. It is up 2005 (17,200 tonnes), Agrimarket informed July 10.
The largest volume of contracts falls to the share of barley which accumulated 104,500 t. Wheat export contracts totalled 56,720 tonnes.
Among oilseeds rape is highly demanded by exporters. As of the 7th of July, 11,300 tonnes of harvest-2006 were contracted.
