Brewing news Canada: Inter-Canadian Business Services Ltd (ICBS) acquires assets of Ramapo Valley Brewery, NY

ICBS Limited (ICBS), a business development, financial and management consulting firm located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, announced June 15 that it has completed the asset acquisition of Ramapo Valley Brewery NY, through ICBS's wholly owned subsidiaries, Ramapo Valley Brewery Canada Ltd., and Ramapo Valley Brewery, Delaware Corp.

Ramapo Valley Brewery is located in Hillburn New York and has been manufacturing beer since 2000. The company has created a niche market with their Gluten Free Honey Beer which is also Kosher for Passover. Along with their Gluten Free Honey Beer, Ramapo Valley Brewery manufactures a complete line of Copper, Indian Pale Ale, Porter and seasonal beers.

The company has distributors in over 9 states from California to Massachusetts. Currently ICBS is working to expand the production and distribution capabilities of Ramapo Valley Breweries Delaware, that will see production increase by five fold, to meet the overwhelming demand for their products.
