Brewing news Russia: The social program “We will live here!” of SUN Interbrew

"SUN Interbrew" announced on April 13 the start of the fifth anniversary year in carrying out the long-term social program under motto "We will live here!". The main goal of it is to provide possible contribution into the accomplishment of the Russian territories, where "SUN Interbrew" enterprises and affiliates are located.

Program "We will live here!" was started in April 2002. At that time in Ivanovo, Volzhskiy, Volgograd, Omsk, Kursk, Klin, Saransk, Nizhniy Novgorod Perm and Saint Petersburg spring "subbotniks" took place. The initiative was supported by the city administrations and their people.

This year in 12 cities of Russia "SUN Interbrew" employees will go to the streets of their home towns to clean them up and fulfill other works for land improvement. We invite all the inhabitants to participate, all those, for whom the problem of cleanness in home towns is not indifferent.

"Subbonik" is a spring stage of the action "We will live here!". Within the format of this program "SUN Interbrew" also carries out contests for the best yard, builds sports playgrounds, constructs skating rings, participates in the new year decoration of the cities, takes part in planting of greenery and territory accomplishment.

Announcing the start of the fifth year of realization of the program "We will live here!" CEO SUN Interbrew Joseph Strella expressed his confidence that social program of SUN Interbrew will continue the outstanding tradition when local people participate in the life of their own cities and said: "All dream that their home towns, where we all live and work, where our children grow up, become more pretty, comfortable, clean. By participation in the program "We will live here!" our employees make their contribution into realization of this wonderful dream!".
