Ukraine: About 295 thousand metric tonnes of barley exported during February 2006

Over the 22 days of February, 199,00 metric tonnes of Ukrainian barley were exported via the ports, yet 173,400 metric tonnes exported by the end of February. 295,000 metric tonnes of barley was supplied abroad in February 2005.

Last week, feed barley price increased to a point of UAH 710/MT CPT-large ports. Exporters executing urgent contracts are ready to pay up to UAH 715/MT for large parcels of feed barley.
