Australia: ABB Grains announced director resignation

ABB Grains announced on February 3 that Mr Max Wilksch, a director of ABB Grain since 1999, has resigned as a director effective Friday 3 February 2006. This follows Mr Wilksch's withdrawal on 30 January 2006 as a candidate in the South Australian A-Class director elections.
