Russia: The employees of Heineken’s brewery to form trade union

The employees of St. Peterburg’s Heineken brewery created the first trade union according to Russian media reports.

The union would demand new work contracts which will cover a social package and revised working conditions adopted by a collective agreement. Workers would require also a pay increase.

The demands are to be filed to the managing director Mr. Bykov.
