Serbia: Beogradska Industrija Piva put for sale for EUR 15.22 million

The government of Serbia postponed the deadline by 9 days for potential investors in the “Beogradska Industrija Piva” brewery. The new deadline is as of 14th of November.

The call price for the brewery is appointed at EUR 15.22 million (US$18.3m). For this price the investor who will buy PIB brewer will come into procession of a mothballed brewery, three pubs and a commercial centre.

According to the Serbian Privatisation Agency the auction for the sale of Beogradska Industrija Piva is to be held on November 25, 2005.
