Brewing news Fiji: DB Breweries are getting their beers into Fiji

Tappoos announced that it would become the local distributor for DB Breweries in New Zealand, Fiji Times reported. The evening of 20 October became the night when a privileged few got the chance to taste three brands of DB Breweries beer.

Tappoos executive director Kaushal Tappoo said Tappoos would distribute DB Bitter, DB Draught, Tui, Monteiths and Export Gold. “By getting DB beers into Fiji we are offering Fiji beer drinkers a chance at some of the best beers in the world” he said.

Mr Tappoo stated that DB used only the best natural ingredients and ensured its brewing processes remove agents such as oxygen that contribute to stale beer.

“DB is focused on brewing world-class beer and has won a number of awards for its beers of distinction” Mr Tappoo affirmed.

DB Breweries Business Development manager Andy Daniells said that their different brands and what occasions they suit best. He said the companys largest brand was Tui.Mr Daniells affirmed Export Gold was New Zealands number one lager and the companys second largest volume driver.
