Italy: Castellor brewery interested in a buy-out of Birreria Pedavena

The Italian brewer Birra Castello is prospecting to buy out its main competitor – the brewer Birreria Pedavena. Such a move would help Birra Castello to realise its expansion plans in the North East of Italia, believe Italian annalysts.

The Italian press reports that Pedavena is not only aimed by Castello. Tarricone brewery from Italy and Kopparbergs Bryggery from Sweden are also among the interested buyers.
