India: United Breweries Ltd will consider interim dividend

United Breweries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited that a meeting of the company”s Board of Directors will be held on September 19, 2005.

According to the report of Hindustan Times of September 10 this will be done to consider a proposal to declare interim dividend on equity shares of the company.
