UK: St Peter's Brewery, near Bungay is for sale

The South Elmham’s St Peter's Brewery,near Bungay,UK is up for sale along with its 13th-century manor house. The price is £20m. The independent brewery, set up in 1996, can produce 57,600 pints per week and has won awards for its organic beer.

The brewery produces bottled beers, cask ales and spiced ales, using water from its on-site borehole. The company's organic beers are exported all over the world and account for 30pc of its output.

It is sold by the founder and single shareholder John Murphy. The 13th-century St Peter's Hall with its restaurant and bar is included in the sale.
