UK: Greene King Directors

Greene King plc announced that, on 14 July 2005, 25,000 shares in the company were acquired by Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Greene King Employee Share Trust.

As a result of the acquisition, Rooney Anand, Mark Angela, David Elliott and Michael Shallow, who are beneficiaries of the trust, have acquired an interest in the 25,000 shares in the company. This brings the number of shares owned by the Greene King Employee Share Trust to a total of 314,483.
