Ukraine: In July 2004 - April 2005 export contracts for 16,870 tonnes of malting barley were concluded

In July 2004 - April 2005 export contracts for 16,870 tonnes of malting barley were concluded at Ukrainian exchanges, AP Ministry's spokesman told APK-Inform. In April contracts were concluded for exports of 300 tonnes of malting barley.

Regarding feed barley, in July 2004 – April 2005 exports contracts for 5.07 million tonnes of feed barley were concluded at Ukrainian exchanges. In April contracts were concluded for exports of 44,000 tonnes of feed barley.

In 2003/04 MY Ukraine exported 1.52 million tonnes of barley and 2.88 million tonnes had been sold to foreign markets the season before.
