South Korea: Terra beer sets record for sales in South Korea

Hite Jinro's beer Terra set a record for sales at the fastest pace, surpassing 1 million boxes in 39 days since its launch in March 2019, Maeil Business Newspaper reported on November 24.

Terra used 100% clean malt. For the cleanliness of malt, the main ingredient in beer, we tested all malt worldwide and used clean malt from Australia, the number one air quality country.

Since 2019, as part of clean activities, we have been working with eco-friendly fashion brand PleatsMama to promote value consumption by conducting clean collaborations with university students.

In addition, Terra became the first beer in Korea to win NON-GMO certification for the fourth consecutive year at "NON-GMO PROJUSTMENT," a global non-profit organization established in the U.S. This means that naturally cultivated and harvested seeds were used as raw materials, not genetically modified crops. It was verified as a non-genetic modified material after seven months of screening to obtain certification.

Terra uses 100% carbonic acid generated during the fermentation process without any other carbonic acid infusion. You can feel carbonated without artificial tingling.
