USA, SC: New brewery and distillery coming to Myrtle Beach

A new brewery and distillery is set to bring more Southern flavor to Myrtle Beach, WMBF reported on January 3.

Ole Smoky Distillery and Yee-Haw Brewing Company, both based in Tennessee, announced plans on February 3 to bring a new joint location to Broadway at the Beach. Construction is now underway with an anticipated grand opening date of Spring 2026.

According to an announcement, features of the location will include a beer garden, full-service distillery, tasting rooms, guided tours, food and beverage offerings, and event spaces designed to host concerts, festivals, and private events.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring the Ole Smoky and Yee-Haw brands to Myrtle Beach,” Joe Baker, Founder of Ole Smoky Distillery and Yee-Haw Brewing said in a statement. “This vacation destination’s passion for great beverages and world-class entertainment makes it the perfect place for us to share our traditions and craft. We look forward to offering an experience that’s as rich and distinctive as our beer and spirits.”

“We are thrilled to bring Ole Smoky Distillery and Yee-Haw Brewing Co. to Broadway at the Beach,” added April Martin, Senior Vice President of Leasing and Design at Burroughs & Chapin. “This collaboration enhances our guest experience with unique craft beverages and lively events, and is a perfect addition to our entertainment landscape, providing a fresh and vibrant spot for both locals and visitors to enjoy.”

The location will mark Yee-Haw Brewing Company’s second in South Carolina, with the other being in Greenville. It will also be the first joint location for both companies outside Tennessee.

WMBF News has reached out to Broadway at the Beach to confirm the brewery/distillery hybrid’s exact location on the property.
