Panama: AB InBev to establish a new subsidiary in Panama

The Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MICI) has announced that Anheuser-Busch InBev will be establishing a new subsidiary in Panama. This move marks a significant development in the country's economic landscape, FreshlyBottled.com reported on September 19.

The MICI reports that Anheuser-Busch InBev's initial investment is estimated at US $11.3 million . The government has recently enacted a new law providing multinationals with key benefits, including tax exemptions, customs facilitation, and streamlined administrative procedures.
