Ukraine: Barley purchase prices have substantially grown, mainly due to low market grain supply. High barley prices are most probable to remain until this season end, AgroPerspectiva commented on March 18. However, by now there are no reasons for barley prices active rise. Within examined week feed barley US$ prices were US$118-122/t (CPT port), with average price about US$120/t, while UAH prices established within UAH720-740/t (CPT Black Sea ports). There weren’t practically any FOB barley grain purchases, yet importers offers are ranging within US$130-133/t. Ports feed wheat UAH and US$ prices were correspondingly UAH580-620/t (CPT port) and US$110-112t (CPT port).
