Brewing news Canada, ON: Still Fields Brewery ceasing operations soon

Just over two years after launching with a mission to craft “crafting creative, experimental, spontaneous and wild beer”, Still Fields Brewery has announced that it will soon be ceasing operations.

The closure was announced via the following statement posted on Instagram:

“With regret we notify you that we have decided to wind down beer production, and we will be ceasing on-site sales as of the end of the year. Remaining beer, if any, will continue to be sold on-line and through licensees. It has been an amazing 2+ years, and we are incredibly thankful for all the love and support everyone has shown us. Still Fields wouldn’t have grown to what it was without every single one of you.”

Still Fields was opened in October 2021 by Margaret Curtis, Steven Ormsby, and Owen and Jaclyn Roth, and specialized in farmhouse-style and barrel-aged beers.
