Bulgaria: Bulgaria exports of barley and wheat from last year's crop would be the highest since 1997, exceeding the 1.335 million metric tonnes record posted in the 2002/2003 crop year. By end February Bulgaria exported 380 thousand metric tonnes of barley. Bulgaria exported 516 thousand metric tonnes of barley from the 2002 crop through July 2003.
