Malt Market December-January: Malt business in December/January was very limited, analysts commented on January 28. Belgium and Holland purchased first lots of malt for 2006, reported prices were around EUR 250,- delivered breweries. Two Brazilian brewers more or less completed their purchases for 2005, local malt, EU malt at EUR 250-260 CFR, also 30,000 tonnes of Canadian origin at US$ 310 CFR.
