USA, MN: Hop & Barrel Brewing hosts grand opening in Spring Valley

A new brewery hosted its grand opening Saturday, November 20 in Spring Valley, KTTC reported.

It’s called Hop & Barrel, and it actually started out in Hudson, Wisconsin. After an opportunity for a second location opened up in Spring Valley, the owners hopped on it and opened a new storefront.

To celebrate the opening, there was live music, bean bags and of course, lots and lots of beer.

The owner, Justin Terbeest, says he wants to continue this lively atmosphere as the brewery settles into town.

“Our driving motto is has been a community center with beer. Communities are different place to place, but wherever that is, we want this to be place that different people can come together and have conversation,” Terbeest said.
