Russia, Moscow: On January 19, the Russian State Duma will consider the issue of creating a special commission to improve a bill on restrictions on retail sales of beer and its consumption in public places, RBC commented on January 18. A corresponding decision was made at today's meeting of the Duma Council, Chairman of the lower house of Russian parliament told journalists. He reiterated that this bill was approved by the Duma on November 26, 2004 and then approved by the Federation Council. However, the President rejected it and sent for improvement.
