Croatia: The Croatian brewery, Zagrebacka Pivovara, a subsidiary of InBev, announced on January 5 it has appointed Zvonimir Scurec as a new CEO. Zvonimir Scurec will replace Renato Juric who has resigned, Zagrebacka said.

In 1994, Interbrew bought 23.78% of Zagrebacka Pivovara. The Belgian brewing giant has since boosted its stake through a capital increase.
