World barley trade 2003/2004: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) published on December 13 its latest estimation of world trade changes of barley in 2003/2004. According to USDA, 2003/2004 Australia barley export is up 500,000 tonnes to 6.0 million tonnes based on newly available data. Russia barley export in 2003/2004 shrinks by 200,000 tonnes to 1.8 million tonnes as exports diminished in recent months. Ukraine barley export in 2003/2004 is up 557,000 tonnes to 2.557 million tonnes as per final trade data.
