China: Tsingtao Brewery shareholders sell 36 mln shares in the company
Several shareholders of Tsingtao Brewery have sold 36 million shares in the company at HK$68.10 per share, a 3.5 percent discount from the previous closing price, Bloomberg reported on September 1 citing transaction filings.
The sellers include Fosun International (0656), Star Insurance and China Momentum Investment, according to the reports. Shares of the beer maker dropped by 6.7 percent before paring the loss to 4.53 percent, trading at HK$67.40 as of 1:45 pm.
