USA, MA: Battle Road Brewing Co. announces permanent closure
Maynard craft beermaker Battle Road Brewing Co. has permanently closed, according to the business’ Facebook page.
The brewery was formed in 2012 and opened its 15-barrel brewery in Maynard in 2017. The brew house featured food and musical entertainment in addition to house-brewed beer. The location is now listed as permanently closed on the company’s Facebook page.
The company at one time had planned to open a brewery and taproom facility at Patriot Place in Foxborough. The lease on that location was taken over by Worcester-based Wormtown Brewery in April with plans to open it this fall.
