Russia: January-September beer production down 0.3%

Russia’s beer production decreased by 0.3%, or 0.9 mln hl in January-September this year as compared to the same period in 2018, Rosstat reported.

Total output over the reporting period amounted to 59.6 mln hl. In September alone, volume brewed increased by 3.1% versus September 2018 but decreased by 14% as compared to August 2019.
