A new brewery has opened for business at 2137 W. Walnut St. in West Town, Chicago. The newcomer is called Midwest Coast Brewing Company, Hoodline reported on September 17.

Midwest Coast Brewing Company offers 12 beers available on tap, including the Local Time Blonde Ale and the CHI.P.A. (Chicago I.P.A.), as seen on its website. According to its Facebook page, the spot's run by "regular folks who love making great beer and sharing it with those around us."

The new brewery has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

And Blake M. wrote, "Owner is a solid dude and the beer is some good stuff! Make sure to hit this place up!"

Midwest Coast Brewing Company is open from 3–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, noon–10 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m.–8 p.m. on Sunday.
