Brazil: Brazil apparently purchased approx. 50,000 tonnes of malt for shipment in 2004, two-row spring, Esterel and 50/50 mix. Prices were around EUR 225-230- FOB and US$ 290-295 CFR Brazil (for Esterel).

Chile: Chile is reported for 15,000 tonnes from the EU and 5,000 tonnes from Canada, at prices of US$ 320-330 CIF.
