EU: Malting barley markets still quite inactive

European malting barley markets are quite inactive and unchanged from last week, GrainCom reported on September 28.

In France it is still too dry and farmers get more and more worried about their winter barley plantings. The weather forecast is again dry for the next days so the situation needs to be monitored, the analysts said.
