USA, MA: Vitamin Sea Brewing signs lease to open in East Weymouth

After an exhaustive, eighteen month search, home brewers Vitamin Sea Brewing are making the jump to the commercial level after signing a lease on a space in East Weymouth, MA, Brewbound reported on March 12.

In addition to moving their current 1bbl pilot system to their new home, the plan is to open with a 10bbl system. Consumers will be able to purchase cans and draft pours via their large taproom, and the initial plan is to have a small number of draft accounts on the South Shore and Boston area.

“It’s long overdue,” said founder Dino Funari. “We have plans for a comfortable taproom and outside patio area. We want people to come and hang out, enjoy our beer and rotating food trucks.”

Funari hopes to continue the trend of recent collaborations as they bridge the gap between now and their future opening. “It gives us a chance to keep people excited in anticipation of our opening.”
