Craft beer is coming to Shorewood, courtesy of President and Brewmaster Jamie Albert, James Master of Pineapples Kennedy and Eric the Numbers Guy Wills, The Herald-News reported on November 3.
These three make up the founding team of Will County Brewing Company, which received its liquor license from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission on November 2. This was the final permit needed to begin distributing and selling its craft beer, according to a picture posted to the companys Twitter account.
Together Albert, Kennedy and Wills have a combined 12 years of brewing experience, according to the brewerys website, as well as a shared vision of bringing something new and exciting to our own hometown.
The brewery promises to serve craft beer for all tastes, from IPAs to stouts.
Will County Brewing Company is slated to be open by the beginning of 2018.
