Brewing news Canada, ON: Four Fathers Brewing secures location for larger brewery

Four Fathers Brewing has announced that it has secured a location in Cambridge, Ontario for a new and larger brewery, and that it has hired a new head brewer to oversee operations at the new facility, Canadian Beer News reported.

Located at 125 Guelph Avenue in the Hespeler Village area of the city, the new brewery will allow Four Fathers to “expand all aspects of its operations, including cellaring capacity and a sizeable social space for customers.” The original Four Fathers brewery in Rockford will also remain in operation as a “laboratory for amazing craft creations.”

Joining the company to run the new brewhouse is Curtis Jeffrey, a graduate of Niagara College’s Brewing Program who has worked at Dead Frog Brewing, Railway City Brewing Company, and most recently at Cameron’s Brewing.

More details on the construction and opening plans for the new Four Fathers facility will be announced in coming months.
