Belarus: Heineken sells its Bobruysk brewery

Heineken and Russian drinks group Oasis have agreed to merge their Belarusian businesses, ABNews.ru reported on June 21.

Within the deal, Heineken’s Bobruysk brewery passes under Oasis ownership. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Last year, Heineken’s sales in Russia fell by 10% with the company blaming this on the difficult situation on the market owing to inflation.
