Denmark & Ukraine: Baltic Beverages Holding Ukraine renamed Slavutich Carlsberg Group

Baltic Beverages Holding Ukraine was renamed Slavutich Carlsberg Group, Slavutich’s press service informed on September, 3.

As it was stated in the announcement, the above mentioned renaming represents the final stage of the consolidation of BBH’s total shareholding by the Danish Carlsberg.

Consequently, Carlsberg Group changed the organisational structure and singled out four geographic subdivisions – Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, Western Europe, and Asia. The company’s Ukrainian assets make part of the Carlsberg Eastern Europe subdivision together with the enterprises in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.

“Our new structure will provide the opportunity to manage our business more effectively, speed up the process of making decisions, and will permit us optimize raw material costs,” Piotr Chernishov, Slavutich Carlsberg Group general director said.
