Australia: Fertiliser deals to ease grower cash flow burden
ABB released on May 01, 2006 that with seeding fast approaching, it is now the time for growers to consider their fertiliser options, to avoid a cash flow burden.
ABB Grain is offering competitive fertiliser deals and advising growers that their finances shouldnt determine their fertiliser choices.
ABBs South Australian State Sales Manager for Fertiliser, Jamie Wilson, said fertiliser is an investment in yield and good planning will ensure growers get the most out of their fertiliser decisions.
Unanticipated demands on cash flow may compel growers to compromise their nutritional program.
The most economic decision they can make is to select the right nutritional requirements at the establishment of the crop, to ensure the yield and quality levels are maintained every year he said.
ABB has recently added Intake In-Furrow Fungicide to its range of products. Intake In-Furrow provides premium protection from the most serious diseases of canola, wheat and barley.
Intake not only offers prevention of early plant infections, but it also offers black leg suppression, protection from powdery mildew and scald and can be used across the whole farm Mr Wilson said.
Growers are encouraged to make use of ABBs innovative buy-now, pay-later options, which offer a fixed-price contract, with flexible payment terms.
Payments can be structured to suit your cash flow requirements, right through to February 2007 he said.
