USA, WA: Chainline Brewing opening a new location early next year
Chainline Brewing is opening a new location early next year. The award-winning brewery will open Chainline Station along the Cross Kirkland Corridor, very near the spot where the company opened its original brewery and taproom about five years ago, the Washington Beer Blog reported on December 1.
Chainline Station is part of an expansion project at the citys Feriton Spur Park. Along with a taproom, which will actually be in a real caboose, the project includes a new 16-foot wide paved trail, a pickleball court, urban farm, splash area, amphitheater, and more. Trains are the theme at Feriton Spur Park, offering a nod to the role the railway played in Kirklands past.
In August of 2020, Chainline Brewing opened a new taproom in the Kirkland Urban Center, a mixed-use, commercial-residential development in downtown Kirkland. Chainline Station will bring the brewerys beers closer to its original home along the heavily used Cross Kirkland Corridor trail.
