Dear Customer and Partner,

For almost 20 years, we have been working hard to develop and provide you with the highest quality malts in the world.

While the beginning was rocky, we always believed in our ability to provide an excellent service and today we are the global leader in our industry, exporting over 100 types of malt to over 3600 breweries and distilleries in 145 countries.

Currently, we are at the top of our game and are dedicated to providing the best service possible to our main customer base which is at the heart of our malting activities: small and medium-sized breweries.

Unfortunately, over the past two years we have found that, more and more frequently, we have not been able to consistently provide the level of service you deserve, due to a lack of malt production capabilities.

We had to decide whether to continue as before or to be honest with ourselves and maintain the high level of service you have come to enjoy from us over the years.

Given this dilemma, we have decided to form a partnership with the Malteries Soufflet – InVivo group, a global leader in the malting industry, as the most logical solution.

I fully understand that some of you may be concerned about what the future holds. I want to reassure you that a key aspect of this partnership is that the Malteries Soufflet – InVivo group will preserve our factories, our structure, and our core values intact, and is committed to maintaining our close and personalized relationships with each of you.

The entire team of Castle Malting will remain in place and will continue to serve you as before, and even better thanks to the support of our new partner.

As for me, I will stay with the company for as long as necessary, in order to ensure the smoothest possible transition with the Soufflet team so that Castle Malting continues to serve you the best.

I would like to express my gratitude to all of you who have placed your trust in me and Castle Malting over the years, and who have joined me on this journey. Your trust and loyalty are greatly appreciated.
