Italy: Diageo completes disposal of Diageo Operations Italy S.p.A.

Diageo announced on September 30 the completion of the sale of Diageo Operations Italy S.p.A., inclusive of the Santa Vittoria production facility, to NewPrinces S.p.A. (formerly Newlat Food S.p.A.), a leading Italian company in the food and drink industry. The sale was initially announced on 24 June 2025.

The deal includes continuity of employment at the site and a fixed term service agreement is in place to enable a smooth transition.

This strategic decision aligns with Diageo’s ongoing commitment to optimising its global production network to better serve its markets.
