USA: Great American Beer Festival to showcase new features

This year's 26th annual Great American Beer Festival will showcase some new features, including live Internet and radio broadcasts from the festival, live comedy on the fest's main stage and the return of the Saturday afternoon members-only session, Probrewer reported June 28.

The members-only feature allows only American Homebrewers Association and Brewers Association members to attend and provides an industry "feel" and less crowded floor.

As in the past, the fest will also include food & beer demos, beer celebrity sightings, industry hobnobbing, and the GABF beer judging and awards ceremony during the Saturday afternoon session.
