Château Pilsen 2RS 25 - 30 kg / hl
Château Pale Ale 1.5 kg / hl
LUPPOLO
Saaz 100 g / hl
Hallertauer Hersbrucker 50 g / hl
LIEVITO
Safbrew T-58 70 g / hl
Temperatura di miscelazione
Fase 1: Miscela
-Miscelare in 75 litri di acqua(58oC)
-Ammostamento a 63oC per 80 minuti
-Ammostamento a 68oC per 15 minuti
Fase 2: Filtrazione
Separare il mosto dalle trebbe e lavare il tino alla t 76oC
Fase 3: Bollitura
Durata: 1 ora
-Dopo 15 minuti aggiungere il Saaz;
-Dopo 55 minuti aggiungere l’Hallertauer Hersbrucker
-Eliminare il precipitato
Fase 4: Fermentazione a 25-28oC
Fase 6: Lagerzzazione per 2 giorni a 12oC, poi per 2 settimane a 0-1oC
