Eleve para 78°C à 1°C/min

Uma vez que a mostura acabou, filtre e lave com água à 78°C
ETAPA 2: FERVURA Ferva por 60min. Adição de lúpulo 1: Após 10min adicione Magnum. Adição de lúpulo 2: Após 50min adicione Cascade. Whirlpool para remover o trub quente

ETAPA 3: FERMENTAÇÃO e MATURAÇÃO Resfrie o mosto ate 18°C e inocule o fermento. Fermente à 18°C por 2 dias e entao eleve para 20°C. Uma vez que a fermentação acabou (FG atingida e off flavours removidos – por volta de 7 dias), bixe a temperatura para 8°C e repouse por 1 dia e remova o fermento. Baixe a temperatura para 2°C e repouse por 7 dias.

ETAPA 4: CONDICIONAMENTO e ENVASE
Condicione a cerveja à -1°C por 5 dias, remova o fermento residual e carbonate até 2.5 volumes de CO2. A cerveja esta pronta para envase e consumo. Aprecie!

*Para refermentação na garrafa, adicione açúcar e SafAle F-2.
