- 80분간 63도에 둔다
- 15분간 68도에 둔다
2단계: 여과
76도의 물을 사용해 맥즙을 지게미에서 분리한다
3단계: 삶기
시간: 1시간
-15분 뒤 사즈 첨가
-55분 뒤 할레르타우어 아로마 첨가
-터브 제거
4단계: 식히기
5단계: 25-28도에서 발효
6단계: 저장: 12도에서 2일, 이후 0-1도에서 최소 2주간
